How to play, written by hand, with the numbers filled in from the game.
- Your first dayYou wake up as a Lostreiber, a landless serf, in front of a real Swedish-era manor. You own an axe on your belt, a knife and a loaf of rye bread in your pouches, and the clothes on your back. The steward wants wood, and wood is money.
- Buying your freedomThe lord never sells a serf his freedom. But a serf who reaches Reval and is written into the town book is a free man: the town keeps its own people, and the council doesn't hand them back.
- Day, night, fire and coldA game day passes every three real hours. Dusk falls from 18:00 to 21:00, full night lasts from 21:00 to 04:00, and dawn comes at 07:00. At night the world is dark except where a fire burns or someone carries a lantern.
- Building and taking apartEverything in Baronland is built tile by tile from real materials and comes apart again, as in SS13.
- Fights, restraints and the lock-up
Intents
- ControlsWhat a click does depends on what is in your active hand, as in SS13. The keys follow /tg/station's where they can.
- Charcoal, tar and the smithyWood is worth more once you've worked it. Charcoal and tar sell for more than firewood, and a smithy makes your own tools and mends the old ones.
